If you need assistance between 12:30 and 1:30, please contact your child’s teacher before 12:30 or speak with one of the outside lunch supervisors during that time.
Please call the school prior to 2:00 pm if you have a message for your child regarding after-school pick-up.
Please let us know if your child is going to be late, absent, or leaving early by calling 1-844-434-8117 before 9:00 a.m. You can also report absences online at go.schoolmessenger.ca or by using the school messenger app. MCES uses Automated Student Absence Reporting (Safe Arrival) to help ensure the safety of our children.
We ask that all visitors, including parents and guardians, check in at the office.
At the end of the day please meet your child at the designated pick-up spot:
Kindergarten- At Mrs. Ferris' outside door
Primaries- Primary play area blacktop
Intermediates- At their classroom teachers' outside door
All students registered for the bus need to check-in in the multipurpose room (lunchroom) even if they are being picked up.

MCES accepts interac e-transfer! If you wish to pay for your child’s fees (e.g., hot lunch, school supplies, etc.), please use the email [email protected] and indicate your child’s name and the purpose of the payment in the memo.
