Early Dismissal Day

Family-teacher conferences will be taking place on Thursday, October 22 from 1:15-3:15 pm. Please contact the school office at 250-378-9931 to book an appointment.
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
Students will be dismissed at 11:55 a.m. If your child does not take the bus, please plan for prompt pick-up at 11:55 a.m., as there is no supervision after dismissal. 
Students WILL NOT eat lunch at school. Please pack extra snacks if you think this will be an issue.
Buses will run on a modified schedule (3 hours earlier than usual).
Purpose of Conferences:
Family-teacher conferences provide a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress at school, ask questions, and collaborate with your child’s teacher(s) on ways to support their learning and continued growth.
 
Informal updates about your child's progress should have been communicated during the week of Oct 12-16. If you have not heard from your child's teacher, please contact the teacher directly.
