Mr. Shea Makes French Fashionable

Mr. Shea’s Grade 6/7 class recently turned language learning into a creative celebration! After weeks of practicing French vocabulary, colors, clothing items, and articles, students were challenged to put their skills to the test in a real-world way. The result? A lively and laughter-filled French Fashion Show!

Students wrote short scripts describing what they were wearing, then stepped onto the “runway” dressed in some truly imaginative costumes. From bold color combinations to quirky accessories, creativity was on full display! Even more impressive was their effort to show off their pronunciation skills, embracing the challenge with confidence and enthusiasm.

This engaging activity reminded us that learning a new language can be fun, interactive, and full of personality. Bravo to Mr. Shea and his class for making French come alive in such a memorable way!
